SQMI BUSINESS AND ECONOMY CLASS MARKET FARE CONDITIONS

1.   VALIDITY:

2.     GENERAL CONDITIONS

a.        Fares are valid for sale and ticket in Singapore only.

b.        All fares listed are in Singapore dollars, and exclude all airport taxes, fuel surcharges etc. Note: Documentation fee is not applicable

c.        Valid on SQ e-tickets only.

d.        All fares listed are valid for travel on SQ5000 to SQ5399 and MI flights except MI1000-MI9999 series

e.        The fare conditions listed here are subject to change.

3. TICKETING CONDITIONS

a.     Reservations / Ticketing:

Reservations required for all sectors. Open dated tickets are not permitted.

b.          Minimum/ maximum stay: As stipulated in the fare sheets.

c.          Stopovers / transfers: As stipulated in the fare sheets. Surface sector travel between 2 stopovers point are not permitted.

d.          Permitted combinations:

-       End-on combination is not permitted.

-       Apply the specific CYRSG fares for mixed class journey of economy class and business class to the
same destinations.

-       Turnaround open jaw journey for the same fare type is permitted provided the higher return fares must
be charged. E.g.

a)       SIN-CTU (CRSG) // SZX-SIN (CRSG). Apply the higher SZX fares.

b)       SIN-COK (YRSG) // KTM-SIN (YRSG). Apply the higher KTM fares.

c)      SIN-KHH (BESG) // RGN-SIN (BESG). Apply the higher RGN fares.

-       Turnaround open jaw with mixed class travel of Y and C booking classes only are permitted and to
apply half of each round trip fares. E.g.

e.      Changes/ Cancellation/ Refund:

-       Rebooking / Revalidations: Permitted provided all the ticketing conditions are met.

-       Rerouting / Reissue: Permitted within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare
with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met.

-       At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of equal or higher value
reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares are met.

-       Refund:

a)          For totally unused tickets: a refund admin fee of $75 will apply.

b)          Partially unused tickets: refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and

the applicable fare for the journey completed less the refund admin fee of $75.

-       No-show: In all cases of reissue, reroute and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservations on
original ticket must be submitted (through BSP). Otherwise, the following no-show fees will be applicable.

a)       $300 – Business Class

b)       $150 – Economy Class

f.      Child / Infant discounts:
For Business Class fares:

                 -            Child / Infant occupying a seat: 100% of the applicable adult fare.

-       Infant not occupying a seat: Not permitted.
For Economy Class fares:

-       Accompanied Child / Infant occupying a seat: 75% of the applicable adult fare.

-       Unaccompanied Child: 100% of the applicable adult fare.

-       Infant not occupying a seat: Not permitted.

g.       Endorsement box to reflect as:

a.      Valid on SQ/MI only. NON ENDOR. QS --
