SINGAPORE AIRLINES FIRST

1. VALIDITY:

Sale: on/after 01 October 2008 to on/before 31 March 2009 Ex-SIN Travel: on/after 01 October 2008

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

a. All fares listed are valid for travel on Singapore Airlines flights only, and must be issued in Singapore on Singapore Airlines ticket documents.

b. All fares listed are nett in Singapore dollars and exclude all airport taxes, fuel surcharges etc.

Note: Documentation fee is not applicable.

c. Valid on SQ e-tickets only.

d. All fares listed are not valid for travel on SQ1000 to SQ7999 and SQ9000 to SQ9999 series. Refer to fare sheet for other flight restrictions, if any.

e. Customers requiring additional seats for personal comfort, bulky or fragile items etc are not permitted to purchase GV fares for both his/her seat and the extra seat required.

f. The fare conditions listed here are subject to change.

3. TICKETING CONDITIONS

a. Eligibility: In each PNR there must be 2 or more passengers traveling together throughout the journey and all tickets must be issued in sequence. Additional passengers in a different PNR are not allowed to be TCP to the first PNR. No deviation of any passenger throughout the journey is allowed.

b. Reservations / Ticketing:

Reservations must be confirmed prior to ticketing. Tickets must show confirmed seat reservations.

c. Seasonality:

Where applicable, the dates of departure of the first outbound sector will determine the season for the entire journey.

d. Minimum/ Maximum stay: As stipulated in the fare sheets.

e. Stopovers / transfers: As stipulated in the fare sheets.

f. Blackout Period:

Where applicable, the blackout period is determined by the outbound travel date.

g. Permitted combinations:

- End-on combination and side trip is not permitted.

- Turnaround open jaw journey as stipulated in the fare sheet provided the higher return fares must be
charged. Combination is permitted with the same fare basis only.

Note: Q-GV2SG fares cannot be combined with N-GV2SG fares.

h. Changes / Cancellation / Refund:

Q–GV2SG fares:

a. Date changes are permitted but require reissuance of e-tickets. All the ticketing conditions must be met, in particular to conditions 3a) Eligibility and 2d) Flight application.

b. Rerouting is permitted within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met.

c. Reissue resulted with a refund is permitted but the residual value from a reissuance is non refundable.

d. Refund of totally unused ticket is permitted. Refund admin fee of $75 and no show fee of $150, if any,

will apply. All ticketing conditions must be met. e. Refund is not permitted for partially used ticket

N-GV2SG fares

a. Change of date and flights are not permitted.

b. Rebooking and rerouting is permitted to a higher Q-GV2SG or FIT fare. At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares are met.

c. Refund of totally unused ticket is permitted. Refund admin fee of $75 and no show fee of $150, if any, will apply. All ticketing conditions must be met

i. All request for reissue must be submitted on SQ Reissuance form and faxed to: 6258 9827 for approval.

ii. All request for refund must be submitted on SQ Refund form and faxed to: 6789 7563 for approval.

- Accompanied Child / Accompanied infant occupying a seat: 75% of the applicable adult fare. The number of children entitled for child fare is limited to 2 children for every paying adult.

- Unaccompanied Child / Minor (5 years to under 17years) / Infant not occupying a seat: GV fares are not permitted.

a. If the fare used is applicable or not applicable to a specific flight number, the endorsement box must
