FARES CONDITION

1.   VALIDITY:

2.     GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a.      All fares listed are valid for travel on Singapore Airlines flights only, and must be issued in Singapore on Singapore Airlines ticket documents.

     c.          Valid on SQ e-tickets only.

     d.          All fares listed are valid for travel on all SQ flights except SQ1 000 to SQ5320, SQ5331 to SQ7999 and SQ9000 to SQ9999 series.

Exception:

1.      SIN-KUL BESG and EESG fares are also valid for travel on all MI flights except MI1000 to MI9999 series.

2.      JRSG fares are also Not Valid for travel on SQ1 6, SQ22 (from Friday to Sunday), SQ38 (from Friday to Sunday), SQ217, SQ218, SQ221, SQ222, SQ233, SQ234, SQ318, SQ322, SQ407, SQ408, SQ423, SQ424, SQ637, SQ638, SQ802, SQ805, SQ860, SQ861, SQ862, SQ952, SQ954 and  SQ955.

e.     The fare conditions listed here are subject to change.

3. TICKETING CONDITIONS:

a.             Reservations / Ticketing:

For all JRSG, YRSG, BESG and EESG fares, reservations must be confirmed prior to ticketing. Tickets must show confirmed reservations.

b.             Minimum/ Maximum stay: As stipulated in the fare sheets.

c.             Stopovers / Transfers: Permitted for all fares except for EESG fares. Surface break between 2 stopover points is not permitted for any fare.

d.             Blackout Period: YRSG, BESG and EESG fares to Jeddah and Riyadh are not applicable when ex SIN travel is between 30Oct08 to 08Dec08 and 11Oct09 to 20Nov09.

e.       Permitted combinations:

-       End-on and side trip combinations are not permitted.

-       FRSG, ZRSG, JRSG, SRSG, YRSG and BESG fares may be combined on a half round trip basis to form round trips, circle trip and turnaround open jaw journey (refer to fare sheet for the permitted turnaround open jaw destinations).

-       The fare basis used for respective sectors must be reflected on the ticket.

-     If the BESG fare is used to construct a round trip fare, circle trip or turnaround open jaw journey, its minimum and maximum stay condition will apply to the entire journey.

Examples:

·            For point-to-point journey with mixed booking class in the same cabin class of travel such as:

a)       SIN (J) MEL (Z) SIN: apply % of the MEL JRSG and % of the MEL ZRSG fare.

b)       SIN (S) DXB (Y) SIN: apply % of the DXB SRSG and % of the DXB YRSG fare.

c)    SIN (S) BKK (B) SIN: apply % of the BKK SRSG and % of the BKK BESG fare (max stay will be 14 days).

·            For point-to-point journey with mixed booking class and cabin class of travel such as:

b)       SIN (S) SHA (F) SIN: apply 1/2 of the SHA SRSG and 1/2 of the SHA FRSG fare.

c)     SIN (B) BOM (Z) SIN: apply 1/2 of the BOM BESG and 1/2 of the BOM ZRSG fare (min stay will be 3 days and max stay will be 14 days).

·            For open jaw journey with mixed booking class in the same cabin class of travel such as:

a)       SIN (S) BKK // HKG (Y) SIN: apply 1/2 of the BKK SRSG and 1/2 of the HKG YRSG fare.

b)       SIN (Z) MEL // AKL (J) SIN: apply 1/2 of the MEL ZRSG and 1/2 of the AKL JRSG fare.

c)     SIN (B) TYO // OSA (S) SIN: apply 1/2 of the TYO BESG and 1/2 of the OSA SRSG fare (max stay will be 1 month).

·            For open jaw journey with mixed booking class and cabin class of travel such as:

d)  SIN (S) BKK // HKG (J) SIN: apply 1/2 of the BKK SRSG and 1/2 of the HKG JRSG fare.

e)       SIN (Y) MEL // AKL (J) SIN: apply 1/2 of the MEL YRSG and 1/2 of the AKL JRSG fare.

f)        SIN (B) BOM // DEL (J) SIN: apply 1/2 of the BOM BESG and 1/2 of the DEL JRSG fare (min stay will be 3 days and max stay will be 1 month).

Note: EESG fares are strictly for round trip journeys only. Mixed booking/cabin classes are not permitted for EESG fares.

f.         Changes/ Cancellation/ Refund:

-       Rebooking / Revalidations: Permitted provided all the ticketing conditions are met.

-     Rerouting / Reissue: Permitted within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare
with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met.

-     At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of equal or higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares are met.

-       Refund:

a)          For totally unused tickets: a refund admin fee of $75 will apply.

b)       Partially unused tickets: refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and

the applicable fare for the journey completed less the refund admin fee of $75.

-     No-show: In all cases of reissue, reroute and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservations ex-SIN

on original ticket must be submitted (through BSP). Otherwise, a no-show fee of $150 will apply.

g.        Child / Infant discounts:

For First and Business Class fares:

-       Child / Infant occupying a seat: 100% of the applicable adult fare.

-       Infant not occupying a seat: Not permitted.
For Economy Class fares:

-       Accompanied Child / Infant occupying a seat: 75% of the applicable adult fare.

-       Unaccompanied Child: 100% of the applicable adult fare.

-       Infant not occupying a seat: 10% of applicable SRSG and SOWSG fares except for KUL, PEN, BWN.

h.      Endorsement Box: To reflect

- All fares except JRSG to EWR and LAX

a)       “Valid on SQ only / QS - -“, and

b)          If fare is not applicable to a specific flight number, please also indicate “Not Valid on

SQzzz / QS - -“ where “zzz” is the flight number that is not applicable.

- JRSG fare to EWR

a)    “Valid SQ only. Not Valid on SQ22 Fri to Sun. QS--“.
- JRSG fare to LAX

a)     “Valid SQ only. Not Valid on SQ38 Fri to Sun. QS--“.
