1 GENERAL CONDITIONS

• All fares listed are valid for travel on Singapore Airlines flights only, and must be issued in Singapore on Singapore Airlines Electronic Tickets (ET)
• All fares listed are nett in Singapore dollars, and exclude all airport taxes, fuel surcharges & etc
  • Note: Documentation fee is not applicable.
• All fares listed are valid for travel on all SQ flights except SQ1 000 to SQ9999 series.
• The fare conditions listed here are subject to change.

• Eligibility:
  • Applicable to students travelling to Europe and S.W. Pacific for further education only. Student Pass, Student Visa or Letter of Acceptance into the school must be submitted upon ticket issuance through BSP.
• Reservations / Ticketing:
  • YSDSG fares - Reservations must be confirmed prior to ticketing
• Minimum/ maximum stay: As stipulated in the fare sheets
• Stopovers / transfers: Permitted. Surface break between 2 stopover points is not permitted for any fare.
• Permitted combinations:
  • End-on and side trip combinations are not permitted
  • SSDSG and YSDSG fares may be combined on a half round trip basis to form round trips, circle trip and turnaround open jaw journeys. Examples:
    • SIN (Y) MEL (S) SIN: apply 1/2 of the MEL YSDSG and 1/2 of the MEL SSDSG fare
    • SIN (S) ATH // PAR (S) SIN: apply 1/2 of the ATH SSDSG and 1/2 of the PAR SSDSG fare
    • SIN (S) LON // ATH (Y) SIN: apply 1/2 of the LON SSDSG and 1/2 of the ATH YSDSG fare
• Changes/ Cancellation/ Refund:
  • Rebooking / Revalidations: Permitted provided all the ticketing conditions are met.
  • Rerouting / Reissue: Permitted within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met.
  • At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of equal or higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares are met.
  • Refund:
    • For totally unused tickets: a cancellation fee of SGD150 will apply.
    • Partially unused tickets: refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed plus the applicable excess baggage charges used less the cancellation fee of SGD150.
  • No-show: In all cases of reissue, rerouting and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservations ex-SIN on original ticket must be submitted (through BSP). Otherwise, a no-show fee of SGD150 will apply.
• Child / Infant discounts:
  • Not permitted
• Endorsement box to reflect:
  • "Valid on SQ only / Valid for Student/ QS --"
• Baggage Allowance: 40kgs
