1 GENERAL CONDITIONS
  1. All fares listed are valid for travel on Singapore Airlines flights only, and must be issued in Singapore on Singapore Airlines ticket documents.
  2. All fares listed are in Singapore dollars, and exclude all airport taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.
    • Note: Documentation fee is not applicable
  3. Valid on SQ e-tickets only.
  4. All fares listed are valid for travel on all SQ flights except SQ1 000 to SQ7999 and SQ9000 to SQ9999 series.
  5. The fare conditions listed here are subject to change.

2 TICKETING CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility:
    • - Applicable to travellers with Domestic Help Permits issued by Singapore Ministry of Manpower. Copies of work permit must be submitted upon ticket issuance.
  2. Reservations ! Ticketing:
    • Reservations must be confirmed prior to ticketing. Tickets must show confirmed reservations.
  3. Minimum! maximum stay: As stipulated in the fare sheets
  4. Stopovers ! transfers: Not permitted.
  5. Permitted combinations:
    • - End-on and side trip combinations are not permitted
    • - Turnaround open jaw is not permitted
  6. Changes! Cancellation! Refund: - Rebooking ! Revalidations: Permitted provided all the ticketing conditions are met.
    • - Rerouting ! Reissue: Permitted within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met.
    • - At any time, fare may be used as credit towards payment of any SQ fare of equal or higher value reassessed from point of origin provided the conditions of the new fares are met. - Refund:
      • a.  For totally unused tickets: a refund admin fee of $75 will apply.
      • b.  Partially unused tickets: refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed less the refund admin fee of $75.
    • - No-show: In all cases of reissue, rerouting and refund, proof of cancellation for the reservations ex-SIN on original ticket must be submitted (through BSP). Otherwise, a no-show fee of $150 will apply.
  7. Child ! Infant discounts:
    • Not permitted
  8. Endorsement box to reflect as: "Valid on SQ only ! No FFP Miles.QS --" i. Baggage Allowance: 30 kgs
