Ticketing Conditions For Individual Fares

Class of service These fares apply for Economy class service in RBD W/V/Q/H/M/B/Y.
Types of transportation Fares governed by this rule can be used to create one-way, round-trip, single open jaw and double open  jaw journeys
1.ELIGIBILITY For journey commences in SIN, with fare basis code;

Capacity Limitations - The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at the fares governed by this rule and such fares will not necessarily be available on all flights.  
The number of seats which the carrier shall make available on all flights.  The number of seats which the carrier shall make available on a given flight may vary and will be determined by the carriers best judgment.

4.FLIGHT APPLICATION Valid for TG operated flights only.
For non- TG operated sector partner airline flight can be booked subject to the Interline Agreement

Routing BKK-TLV v.v. valid on LY code share flight TG4593/TG4594                      
5.ADVANCE RESERVATION / TICKETING Note - Waitlisted bookings not permitted for ticketing.
Reservations without ticket numbers can be cancelled by the carrier. 
Tickets must be issued on TG (217) stock.
TG Domestic Thailand Sector must be booked in RBD M,
except fare basis code W-E6M- - -/W-E3M- - -/ V-E6M- - -/V-E3M- - -/Q-E3M- - - must be booked in RBD H
RBD for other-airline operating flight sector must be booked subject to the Interline Agreement 
6.MINIMUM STAY Nil
7.MAXIMUM STAY 1 year, 6 months, or 3 months subject to the fare basis code.
Travel from the last international stopover point must commence no later than 1 year, 6 months, or 3 months after first departure
8.STOPOVER 1 stopover in BKK and 3 additional stopover at TG en route for each direction.
No stopover surcharge.
9.TRANSFERS 1 transfer in BKK and 4 additional transfer permitted at TG en route on each direction
Additional transfer at other points resulting from add-on construction with other airlines is permitted subject to the interline agreement
10.COMBINATION Fares may be combined on a half return basis in order to construct RT/CT/OJ fare within the same fare basis group as listed in the combination table; A maximum of two international fare break points are permitted.
End on End Combination is not permitted. Add-ons is permitted subject to the Interline Agreement
When fares of mixed booking classes are combined on a half return basis, the fare conditions of the most restrictive fare will apply.
11.BLACKOUT DATES Refer to Seasonality Chart - Show Above.
12.SURCHARGE All taxes/charges/fuel surcharges are excluded and will be added to the fare
14.TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS Valid for travel commencing on/after 01NOV09 and on/before 31MAR11
15.SALES RESTRICTIONS Tickets must be issued on/after 01NOV09 and on/before 30SEP10
Tickets must be issued on both the plate and stock of TG 
SITI transactions in SIN only for restricted to specific agents with CRS 1A/1B/1G/1S  
16.PENALTY Changes Before and After Departure:
No Show fee: Not applicable
Except for RBD W / V class. No Show fee at SGD 80 (or equivalent) is applied only on outbound sector 
Change Reservation: Permitted within the ticket validity with free of charge. Date change by revalidation is permitted without penalty.
Except for RBD W / V class change fee at SGD 80 for W class and SGD30 for V class (or equivalent) is applied per transaction
Rerouting: Permitted with fee when reissuing required
Reissuing: SGD50 ( or equivalent )

Cancellation/refund
Refund Fee: 
Regional route : SGD80 (or equivalent), child discount is not applicable
Intercontinental route: SGD 180 (or equivalent), child discount at 25% of refund fee. Intercon route include TLV / M.E. / EUROPE / LAX /  AUST & AKL.
- Rounding method: Rounding up to the next higher 10 units in any currency
- When fares are combined, the refund conditions of the most restrictive fare will apply.
Partially used ticket : Refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the travel completed, less the cancellation/refund fee.  A one-way fare may be used in the refund assessment provided all conditions of that fare have been met.
Refund fee is inclusive of Good and Service Tax (GST)

General Information
Before departure:
Change to the outbound sector will require the whole itinerary to be re-assesses based on the new travel dates. if a difference in fare/tax/surcharge is assessed, the ticket must be reissued.
Change to lower RBD fare is not permitted and is to be treated as a cancellation.       
 If a higher fare results, the fare/tax/surcharge difference must be collected. The fare may be used as a credit towards payment of any published carrier fare for carrier TG of equal or higher value, assessed from point of origin, provided the conditions of the new fare have been met. No reissuing fee will apply at the time of ticket exchange if reissued by the original issuing agent.  Should it be necessary for a TG office to process the reissue, the reissue fee will apply.
If the new ticket is subsequently cancelled, the higher cancellation fee of either the original or new ticket will apply in refund assessment.
If a lower fare results, it will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.  A new ticket is then to be issued at the applicable fare/tax/surcharge for the revised itinerary.
If the validity of an unused ticket has expired, it may only be processed for refund.
After departure:
Note - changes after departure may be made by the issuing agent or TG offices
At any time after departure and within the ticket validity, the fare may be used as a credit towards payment of any fare of equal or higher value for carrier TG within this fare rule and tariff, assessed from the point of origin, provided the  conditions of the new fare have been met.   If the new ticket is subsequently cancelled, the cancellation fee will apply in refund assessment.
18.TICKET ENDORSEMENT Non endorsable/ Reissuing and Cancellation fee apply
Except for RBD W / V : Non endorsable/ Penalty and Cancellation fee apply
19.CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNT Accompanied child age 2 to 11 years; discount 25 pct of the applicable adult fare
Infant under 2 years without seat - discount 70 pct of adult fare.  
Infant under 2 years with seat - discount 25 pct of the applicable adult fare
23. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS  Unaccompanied minor to apply 100% of adult market fare.
