Ex-SIN Malaysia Airfares (Kota Kinabalu)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.             VALIDITY

Sales and Ticketing : on/after 15^th April 2008 to on/before 31^st March 2009.

Travel : on/after 1^st April 2008 onwards.

2.             GENERAL CONDITIONS

a.        All fares listed are valid for travel on Royal Brunei Airlines flights (BI) only, and must be issued in Singapore on Royal Brunei Airlines ticket documents.

b.       All fares listed are in Singapore dollars (SGD), and exclude all airport taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.

c.        The fare conditions listed here are subject to change.

3.             BOOKING CLASS DESIGNATOR

‘J’ or ‘C’ Class      :               Business Class

Others                :               Economy Class

4.             TICKETING CONDITIONS

a.        Minimum / Maximum stay :  As stipulated in the fare sheets.

b.       Stopovers : No stopover is permitted in BWN for outbound journey and this must be clearly indicated with an *X* upon ticket issuance. SGD200 stopover surcharge if required for BWN outbound journey and any intermediate point of multi-leg flights.

c.        Blackout Period :  As stipulated in the fare sheets.

d.       Permitted combinations :

i)         End-on and side trip combinations are not permitted.

ii)       Mixed booking class in the same cabin class of travel is permitted for round trip and turnaround open-jaw journeys. Please apply ½ of each round trip fares based on the applicable booking classes. Inbound booking class must be higher than outbound booking class. Most restrictive rule apply. Unless otherwise specified, first International outbound date shall determine the season of the fares of the entire journey.

e.        Changes / Cancellation / Refund

i)         Reissue :

Permitted within the same fare conditions or to the next applicable higher fare with fare difference provided all the ticketing conditions are met plus an admin fee of SGD50.00

ii)       Refund :

YE14  -  STRICTLY NO REFUND. However, totally unused ticket may be reissued to higher fares within one month of ticket issue subject to an admin fee of SGD50.00 and no-show fee of SGD150.00, if applicable.

Totally unused tickets : refund admin fee of SGD75.00 will be imposed on unutilized ticket within a year from the date of ticket issued.

iii)      Partially unused tickets :

Refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the one-way fare for the journey completed less refund admin fee of SGD75.

Totally unused or partially unused tickets will be considered expired after one year from date of ticket issued and not eligible for refund.

iv)     No-show :  In all cases of reissue, reroute and refund, proof of cancellation of the reservations ex-SIN on original ticket must be submitted. Otherwise, a no-show fee of SGD150 will apply.

f.         Child / Infant discounts

i)         Unaccompanied Child : 100% of applicable adult fare.

ii)       Infant not occupying a seat : 10% of normal published fare.

iii)      Infant occupying a seat : Child fare apply.

g.       An admin fee of SGD25.00 will be imposed on all paper tickets issued for all Electronic ticket eligible sectors. This applies to all ticket/fare types; with the exception of interline tickets or tickets involved Non-Electronic ticket eligible sectors. The surcharge will be indicated as YR in the tax column of the issued ticket.

h.       Endorsement Box :

i)      Tour code must be clearly printed in the tour box of the ticket.

ii)    Ticket must be marked as follows (FOR ALL SECTORS) :-

NON-END/NON-RTE/NON-RFND

VALID ON BI OPTG FLTS ONLY

iii)   Ticket must be marked as follows (FOR GV2) :-

VALID ON BI OPTG  FLTS ONLY

GV2 ALL PAX MUST TRVL TOG

iv)  Ticket must be marked as follows – (FOR BWN YE14) :-

VALID ON BI421/BI422 ONLY

NON-END/NON-RTE/NON-RFND

5.             AUTOMATED TICKETING TIME LIMIT 

                For bookings created :

i)         Beyond 15 days before departure – Ticketing at 2 weeks prior

ii)       Between 8 to 14 days before departure – Ticketing at 1 week prior

iii)      Between 4 to 7 days before departure – Ticketing at 3 days prior

iv)     Within 3 days before departure – Immediate Ticketing required

 For Bookings made in RBD : M / X and S : 

a)          Beyond 14 days before departure – must be ticketed within 7 days after booking.

b)          Between 7 to 14 days before departure – must be ticketed within 3 days after booking.

c)     Within 6 days before departure – must be ticketed immediately.

                Note : Strictly NO waitlist allowed.
