| 1 | COMBINATION WITHIN 03 MAIN CITIES |
| a. | For ‘ M/ B’ booking classes only. |
| b. | Prior booking/ ticket issuance, if departure flights from Singapore to the 03 main cities are fully booked , passengers are allow to transit at either PEK / CTU or XMN at no additional airfare charge. |
| c. | Allowed a maximum of 02 transit points per itinerary; Stopover at transit point are NOT permitted. Please indicate (X) at transit point. Failure to do so, will charge fare differential |
| 2 | FIT BOOKING |
| a. | For ‘ H/ M/ B/ D/ A’ booking classes only. |
| b. | Return sector are permitted for Open-Dated. |
| c. | Allowed for unlimited changes, without charge within same booking class. |
| d. | In the event of amendment of dates and upgrade to higher subclass, amendment fee will charge as per fare difference in upgraded class. |
| 3 | GROUP BOOKING ( Eligibility ) |
| 3.1 | Min. 2 or more paxs |
| a. | In each PNR there must be 2 or more passengers travelling together throughout the journey. Additional passenger in a different PNR is not allowed to be TCP to the first PNR. All tickets must be issued in sequence and no deviation is allowed for any passengers in the PNR. |
| b. | Return sector are not permitted for open-dated. |
| c. | GV2 - Minimum 01adult + 01 child. |
| d. | For outbound sector : Amendment fee will be waived if amendment are made within the same booking class for all passengers under a single PNR; Otherwise charge the different in FIT fare. |
| e. | For inbound sector : Any amendment made, each passenger must pay SGD100 per amendment and the fare difference in upgraded class (if any). |
| 3.2 | Min. 10 or more paxs |
| a. | Main group : Main PNR must consist of 10 or more passengers travelling together both ways and all tickets must be issued in sequence. Subsequent PNR with less than 10 passengers is allowed but TCP ticket numbers to be reflected in the endorsement box; In the event that ticket numbers not in sequence, charge additional SGD20 per person add-on to the main group.(TCP are subject to strictly once and within same BSP reporting period). |
| b. | Deviation is allowed free for the inbound sector (within 30% of the total group size); Should the group deviation exceed 30% or more from the total group size,each exceeded passengers must pay a surcharge of SGD50 per person.Note : No deviation is allowed after departure |
| c. | Return sector are not permitted for open dated. |
| d. | For OPENJAW sector，the inbound fare must be of the highest fare. |
| e. | Amendment are strictly not allowed once ticket are issued. |
| f. | Under group bookings : 02 children are considered as 01adult. |
| 3.3 | Deposit |
| a. | For group of 10 or more paxs : Deposit are to be made, for booking made within a month from departure date or 60 days before departure date, whichever is earlier. |
| b. | Refund of group airseat deposit : Base on the percentage (%) usage of group capacity; Deposit will be refund, |
| if the % usage hit a minimum of 80% of the group capacity, otherwise deposit will be confiscated. | |
| 4 | Ticketing Deadline |
| a. | For group : Tickets are to be issue 14days before departure； |
| b. | FIT booking, refer to system ticketing deadline. |
| 5 | IN THE EVENT THAT IN / OUTBOUND BOOKED CLASS ARE OF DIFFERENT BOOKING CLASSES |
| a. | Permitted to use the ‘1/2 Round Trip fare calculation’ method within economy class |
| b. | Inbound booked class are to remain same or higher than outbound booked class . |
| c. | Ticketing conditions such as minimum stay, will base on the strictest. |
| d. | For First /Business class + Economy class combination, economy class must book on ‘B’ class. |
| e. | For GV10 : For OPENJAW sector，the inbound fare must be of the highest fare. |
| 6 | TICKET AMENDMENT |
| 6.1 | Travel details : Any amendment are to be made at least 24 hours before departure,otherwise considered No Show. |
| 6.2 | Amendment on names : |
| a. | Amendments on surnames are not allowed |
| b. | Amendment of given names (max.03 alphabets), which incur tickets to exchange, charge SGD30. (Reissued Ticket Advice are required) |
| 6.3 | Extension on validity : |
| a. | Allowed within ticket validity , extension up to a maximum of 1 year; |
| b. | Extension fee charge according to subclass differential |
| 7 | CHARGES |
| 7.1 | No Show Fee |
| a. | Charge SGD150 per person ( input in penalty charge column) for all booking classes [except for ‘A/ D/ B’ classes] |
| b. | Any amendment made within 24 hours prior to departure are subject to No Show Fee. |
| 7.2 | Cancellation / Refund |
| a. | Totally unused tickets : Subject to refund fee of SGD75 and no show fee (if any) . |
| b. | Partially unused tickets : No Refund value. |
| c. | Refund are to make through issuing agent only. |

| Number of children entitled for child fare is limited to 2 children per every paying adult. | |
