China Fares (Xiamen)

Note:

• Open jaw with Beijing or Cheng Du permitted. Higher fares apply.

• All fare are meant for tickets issuance through 'Electronic Ticket';

• Return sector are permitted for Open-Dated. 
• Allowed for unlimited changes, without charge within same booking class.
• In the event of amendment of dates and upgrade to higher subclass, amendment fee will charge as per fare difference in upgraded class.

• Min. 2 or more paxs   
  • In each PNR there must be 2 or more passengers travelling together throughout the journey. Additional passenger in a different PNR is not allowed to be TCP to the first PNR. All tickets must be issued in sequence and no deviation is allowed for any passengers in the PNR.
  • Return sector are not permitted for open-dated. 
  • GV2 - Minimum 01adult + 01 child.
  • First amendment will be charged at SGD100,subsequent amendment at no charge.
• Min. 10 or more paxs
  • Main group : Main PNR must consist of  10 or more passengers travelling together both ways and all tickets must be issued in sequence. Subsequent PNR with less than 10 passengers is allowed but TCP ticket numbers to be reflected in the endorsement box; In the event that ticket numbers not in sequence, charge additional SGD20 per person add-on to the main group. (TCP are subject to strictly once and within same BSP reporting period).
  • Deviation is allowed free for the inbound sector (within 30% of the total group size); Should the group deviation exceed 30% or more from the total group size, each exceeded passengers must pay a surcharge of  SGD50 per person. Note : No deviation is allowed after departure
  • Return sector are not permitted for open dated.
  • Amendment are strictly not allowed once ticket are issued.
  • Under group bookings : 02 children are considered as 01adult.
• Deposit
  • For group of 10 or more paxs:
    • Deposit are to be made, for booking made within a month from departure  date or 60 days before  departure date, whichever is earlier.
  • Refund of group airseat deposit:
    • Base on the percentage (%) usage of group capacity; Deposit will be refund, if  the % usage hit a minimum of  80% of the group capacity, otherwise deposit will be confiscated.

• For group  : Tickets are to be issue 14days before departure；
• FIT booking, refer to system ticketing deadline.

• Permitted to use the ‘1/2 Round Trip fare calculation’ method within economy class
• Inbound booked class are to remain same or higher than outbound booked class .
• Ticketing conditions such as minimum stay, will base on the strictest.
• For First /Business class + Economy class combination, economy class must book on ‘B’ class. 

• Travel details :  Any amendment are to be made at least 24 hours before departure, otherwise will considered No Show.
• Amendment on names : 
  • Amendments on surnames are not allowed
  • Amendment of given names (max.03 alphabets), which incur tickets to exchange, charge SGD30. (Reissued Ticket Advice are required)
• Extension on validity : 
  • Allowed within ticket validity , extension up to a maximum of 1 year; 
  • Extension fee charge according to subclass differential

• No Show Fee 
  • NOTE : NO SHOW PER SECTOR CHARGE SGD150 (except for  'A/D/B' classes)
  • Any amendment made within 24 hours prior to departure are subject to No Show Fee.
• Cancellation / Refund 
  • Subject to refund fee of  SGD75 and no show fee (if any) .
  • Refund are to make through issuing agent only.

• Indicate tourcode 'SG002' at 'Tourcode column'

• FIT     :  ‘NON END/ RER /CA10AS0102’
• GV2     :  ‘NON END/ RER /REB FEE SGD100/ CA10AS0102'  
• GV10   : ‘NON END/ RER /PART USE NO REFUND / VLD FLIGHT/ DATE SHOWN ONLY/ CA10AS0102'

• Indicate travel details at  “NOT  VALID BEFORE” and  “NOT VALID AFTER” at the validity box. 
• (Except for One Way Journey )

• Singapore Airport Tax , Fuel Surcharge, Insurance surcharge etc. are to be shown on the ticket. ( Refer to system requirement )
• Notes : All fares shown exclude airport taxes and other charges.  

• Child
  • Child fare is 75% of the applicable adult fare.
  • Unaccompanied Child fare : Refer to Air China Singapore Office ( Tel : 6225 2177 ).
  • Number of children entitled for child fare is limited to 2 children per every paying adult.
• Children group fare: The number of children entitled to child fare is limited to 50% of the total group size.
• Infant : Base on 10% of  published fare

• Students & Seamen are allow to purchase G,Q,L,K,H,M,B,Y classes fare to enjoy 30kg of check-in baggage allowance for inbound and outbound flight .
• Verification of documents are to be shown upon request.
