| 2. Taxes/ surcharges: | All relevant taxes/ surcharges are not included. | |
| 3. Ticketing: | Valid on E-tickets only. | |
| Tickets must be issued on confirmed flights. No issuance on waitlist sectors. | ||
| Open-dated tickets not allowed. | ||
| Code-share flights not permitted. | ||
| 4. Rebooking: | Flight/ date change - Please refer to the Fare Rules as indicated above. | |
| 5. Reissue: | Reissuance fee of SGD100 per person per change will apply; e.g. reissue to higher fare or booking class | |
| In addition to the reissuance fee, amendment fee of SGD150 per person per change plus all relevant fare difference, taxes/surcharges shall apply. | ||
| 6. Stopover: | One BKK stopover allowed with a surcharge for the entire routing : EYCL-SGD100 / CCL-SGD200. | |
| Stopover not permitted for OW fares. | ||
| 7. Mixed Class Bookings: | Mixed booking class travel on Economy Class is permitted on return route, on an origin-destination basis. | |
| Applicable booking classes are: Y, B, H, K, M, L & V. Apply 1/2 of each round trip fare based on the applicable booking class. | ||
| Fare rule of the lower fare tier shall apply. | ||
| 8. No-show fee: | No show fee of SGD150 or SGD300 per passenger will apply for passengers who fail to make prior cancellation of their confirmed flights. | |
| 9. FFP Mileage Accrual: | Asia Miles mileage allowed except for bookings on S-class. | |
| 10.Refund: | To be advised upon enquiry | |
