Ex-SIN Noshow fee of SGD150 will apply for passengers who fail to make prior cancellation of their confirmed flights. If there is insufficient space, please input in Fare Calculation Box. Flight/Date change permitted without charge. No Refund on partially used ticket. Fully unutilised ticket is refundable but subject to a refund fee of SGD75.

- Endorsement Box: Print "Non-Endo/Rerte/Ref, Valid on Flight/Date Shown only. Tickets are non-refundable once issued. Flt/Date change permitted before departure at SGD75 per person per transaction. Once travel commences, no more further changes allowed. NO waitlisting.

| 3.Only ONE BKK stopover allowed with a surcharge of SGD100 for the entire routing. |
| 4.Valid on E-ticketing only. |
| 5.Tour code must be printed in Tour Code Box, failing which normal fares will be billed. |
| 6.Tickets must be issued on confirmed flights. No issuance on waitlisted sectors. |
| 7.Open-dated tickets NOT allowed. All sectors must be closed on CX. |
| 8.Booking on mixed class is strictly not permitted. |
| 9.Asia Miles mileage allowed except for bookings on S-class. |
| 10.Code-shared flights not permitted. |
| 11.Additional Terms & Conditions shall apply as specified above. |
| 12.Failure to comply with above conditions will result in fare difference being billed against normal IATA published fares. |
