Terms and Conditions:

  1. Endorsement box: Print “Non-Endo/Rerte/Ref – Valid on CX only, Ex-SIN Noshow fee SGD150”.

  2. Tour code must be printed in the Tour Code Box, failing which normal fares will be billed.

  3. All relevant taxes/surcharges are not included.

  4. Strictly NO HKG or BKK stopover is allowed for the one-way fare.

    • For round-trip fare, only one stopover is allowed on the return leg of the journey except for the specified routing as annotated.

  5. For BOM, entire routing via BKK is permitted.

  6. Flight/date change permitted without penalty.

  7. Valid on E-ticketing only. Surcharge SGD50 for manual ticket.

  8. Tickets must be issued on confirmed flights. No issuance on waitlist sectors.

  9. Open-dated tickets NOT allowed.

  10. If ticket exceeded validity, up-selling to the next higher level is allowed by topping up the fare difference and apply the booking class of the higher fare throughout the entire routing.

  11. Booking on mixed class is strictly not permitted.

  12. Mileage accrual allowed except on S-class and N-class.

  13. Code-shared flights not permitted.

  14. No-Show fee of SGD150 will apply for passengers who failed to make prior cancellation of their confirmed flights.

  15. Input "Noshow fee SGD150" in the endorsement box. If there is insufficient space, please input in the fare calculation box.

  16. No refund for partially unused tickets.

  17. Computation of refund is based on normal IATA published fares and subject to SGD75 refund admin fee.
