Terms and Conditions:
1. Endorsement Box: Print "Non-Endo/Rerte/Ref - Valid on CX only, Ex-SIN Noshow fee SGD150", for all sectors except for KHH.
2. For KHH, print "Non-Endo/Rerte/Ref - Valid on CX/KA only, Noshow fee SGD150".
3. For RMQ, print “Non-Endo/Rerte/Ref – Valid on CX/KA or CX/B7, depending which carrier that you apply”.
B7 booking class for RMQ is “X’-class.
4. Tour code must be printed in Tour Code Box, failing which normal fares will be billed.
5. All relevant taxes/surcharges are not included.
Strictly NO stopover is allowed for one-way fare.
7. For round-trip fares, strictly ONLY one HKG stopover is allowed on the return leg of the journey except for the specified routings as annotated.
8. Additional stopover in BKK or TPE is allowed with a surcharge of SGD100 per stopover.
9. Flight/date change permitted without penalty.
10. Valid on E-ticketing only.
11. Tickets must be issued on confirmed flights. No issuance on waitlist sectors.
12. Open-dated tickets NOT allowed.
13. Open-jaw (within same region) is allowed based on the applicable higher fare and booking class.
14. If ticket exceeded validity, up-selling to the next higher level is allowed by topping up the fare difference and apply the booking class of the higher fare throughout the entire routing.
15. Booking on mixed class is strictly not permitted.
16. Asia Miles Mileage accrual allowed.
17. Code-shared flights not permitted.
18. NO-SHOW fee of SGD150 will apply for passengers who failed to make prior cancellation of their confirmed flights.
19. Input “Noshow fee SGD150” in the endorsement box. If there is insufficient space, please input in the fare calculation box.
20. No refund for partially unused tickets.
21. Computation of refund is based on normal IATA published fares and subject to SGD75 refund admin fee.
