Terms and Conditions:

1 Endorsement:

  • Tickets must be stamped "Non-endo/Rerte/ Ref, Valid on CX/KA only, Ex-S1N No-show SGD150"

2 Taxes/ surcharges:
  • All relevant taxes/ surcharges are not included.
3 Ticketing:

  • All fares are as per routings specified.
  • Valid on E-tickets only. The whole itinerary must be on one CX ticket.
  • Tickets must be issued on con firmed flights. No issuance on waitlist sectors.
  • Open –dated tickets not allowed.
  • Applicable only on CX/KA operating flights, CX/KA code-shared flights and CX/KA marketing flights.

4 Rebooking:

  • Flight/ date change permitted without penalty.
5 Stopover:

  • ONLY one HKG stopover is allowed on the return leg of the journey EXCEPT for those 12M fares as indicated where both inbound/outbound HKG stopovers are permitted.
  • One BKK stopover allowed with a surcharge of SGD100 for the entire routing.
6 Open Jaw Routing:
  • Open-jaw with inbound HKG and/other China cities listed above is permitted based on the highest applicable fare.
7 PEAK PERIODS:
  • SHA =1 MAY - 31 OCTOBER 2010;
  • OTHER CITIES : 28MAY - 25JUN and 1-31 DEC
8 No-show fee:

  • No show fee of SGD150 per passenger will apply for passengers who fail to make prior cancellation of their confirmed flights. Input No-show fee in Endo Box. If Insufficient space, please input in the fare calculation box.
9 FFP Mileage Accrual:
  • Asia Miles mileage allowed except for S-cls bookings.
10 Refund:
  • No refund for partially used tickets. Fully unutilised ticket is refundable but will charge a refund fee of SGD75.

11 Others:

  • For cities without same day connection, the first available flight within 24hrs shall apply.
