This list of the best things to do with kids in Chiang Mai does not include temples. This may come as a surprise when the one thing the city is most famous for is its massive array of ancient places of worship. However, we’re expecting that you’ll visit these places anyway. For this selection, we looked at the places to take your kids when they’re templed-out – when they’re sick of stupas, bored of Buddha statues, and so over ordination halls.
